Ashton Oak Development (AOD) is our development joint venture company for developing BTR communities in partnership with Ashton Gray Development (AGD).

AGD is an established vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm with a track record in land development and development of  single family homes, luxury homes, senior living communities and retail centers.

Ashton Oak will leverage on Ashton Gray's pipeline of master planned development projects across Austin, Houston and Dallas MSAs, and develop targeted BFR communities in these planned developments.

Currently we have three projects in the pre-development stage in Ashton Oak Development aggregating around 390 units.
